Vinegar based apéritifs have been used for ages to stimulate our appetites and aid with the digestion of a meal.

Ingredients

1 part Devil’s Orchard Muskoka Blueberry vinegar

4 parts sparkling water

If desired, sweeten with honey, simple syrup or agave syrup 

Method

Mix ingredients and serve over ice or shake with ice and strain into in a Martini glass.

Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.

Add vodka to make a delightful cocktail!
